If you’re the pumpkin carving type, don forget to collect the seeds this year to turn into a delicious, healthy, beautifying snack. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and a strong antioxidant that can help you detox from the inside out. Also, did you know that pumpkin seeds are super high in protein!

For this recipe, all you need are raw pumpkin seeds, olive oil, turmeric, salt and pepper, and sriracha.
