If you follow us on Instagram, @skinowl, then you’ve probably heard a little bit about our Parliament Project. Every month, we host an event where we dive deep and chat about skincare, self-care, and life’s challenges. We sit down to share food and stories, and take a moment to indulge in a selfcare treat. So naturally, during this evening of self-discovery and dialing down, we indulge in some pretty tasty food, all of it having amazing benefits for your skin.
