Sweet potatoes have high levels of Vitamin A and beta-carotene, which categorizes it as a skin superfood. If you’ve seen Retinol and Retinoic acid, these are actually derived from Vitamin A. The Beta-carotene combats the free radicals that result in aging. Sounds good to us.

1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Sea Sat
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Honey
2 Small Sweet Potatoes
First, cut your two sweet potatoes into small slices. Preheat the oven to 425 degree and place the potato slices on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake on 425 degrees for 15-20 or until EXTRA crispy. Mix the honey and cinnamon together on half the batch for a sweet flavor. For the salt and vinegar, shake up the sea salt and vinegar with the sweet potatoes with a bag.
