      Hi Tammie!
      Thanks for reaching out. We recommend a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in a glass of warm lemon water. You can also take a TSP of ACV and mix it with a little water and honey. But, that is enough to work it’s magic either way! Some people just take it as a TSP shot as well. Whatever you can handle!

    I love raw apple cider! I have taken about 3 tablespoons a day for years to help with arthritis and bladder infections. I read about putting a cotton ball soaked with it on a skin tag, and mine went away in a few days without any pain! I have begun putting it on a suspicious-looking spot on my finger that I think may be the beginnings of a skin cancer. It stung for a couple of days, but has begun making a blister just on the spot – not on my good skin! Do you think it is safe?

    Apple Cider Vinegar is an effective home remedy that can be used to treat skin problems such acne, skin tags, warts etc. ACV contains many nutrients. It is useful to treat many other skin problems.
