Sometimes it’s hard to turn off the side of yourself that loves being productive. Busy. Accomplished. Sometimes, I need a day to replenish my resources. To stop turning a ‘to do’ list into a ‘ta-da’ list. For you, maybe that’s lying under a cozy blanket all day with your phone on ‘airplane mode.’ Maybe that’s going for a long walk outside with your pup. Leaving the rest of your inbox for tomorrow.
