Imagine this… you are swimming in the ocean and there are weights strapped to your ankles. But you are unaware that the weights are there. So you keep swimming, trying to get to shore, but it’s so difficult. And you are so tired. And your destination just seems more and more impossible to reach. And you don’t know why. Holding on to the past can have the same effect. It weights your thoughts down and makes it hard to move forward and reach your future destination. Don’t drag yourself down. Take the weights off your ankles and swim to shore! You can do it!
