We love a good scrub! Mostly one that is amazing at clearing away all of our dull winter skin, leaving us with a bright, summery complexion. We found a DIY exfoliator so good, you might have a hard time breaking THIS coffee habit. The caffeine in coffee is known to reduce swelling and flush out excess fluid that can make your hands, legs and feed look puffy. Plus, we love that fresh coffee smell! Here’s a simple and inexpensive coffee scrub that you can make at home and use on your body. Keep it in your shower or even right next to the kitchen sink to help wash away strong smells like fish and garlic that can linger on your hands long after you have finished cooking!
1 cup ground coffee (any kind that you like)
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh ground cinnamon
3 drops your favorite SkinOwl Argan Infusion (optional)
Blend all of these ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
To use; massage scrub over clean, damp skin; rinse and pat dry.
The scrub will keep for 2 months if kept in a cool, dry place.
